Soothing Anxiety and Countering Self-Doubt: Transformative Insight Imagery Introduction Part 1

Need some extra support personally or professionally? Open to the creative and empowering experience of Transformative Insight Imagery’s supports! In this experiential one -hour introduction, you will discover two types of support and learn how to access them at any moment. Discover your own lovely, peaceful place  to soothe your anxiety and receive wise, loving support that counteract self-doubt. After each experience, you will practice accessing and shifting when anxious or spinning in self-doubt. T.I.I. is NOT guided imagery, nor it is just visualization. Each imager experiences their own, unique and personal supports and images privately with Kelli facilitating the group, using all five of our senses. Sharing is optional. These two experiences will provide an accessible method for emotional regulation, mindfulness, somatic tracking, and enhanced self -trust.
