Finding Your Balance and Promoting Your Best Self: T.I.I. Part 2
T.I.I. is NOT guided imagery, nor it is just visualization. Each imager experiences their own unique and personal supports using all five of their senses and images privately with Kelli facilitating the group. Sharing is optional. These two experiences will provide an accessible method for emotional regulation, mindfulness, somatic tracking and enhanced self-trust.
Note: For behavioral health professionals and body workers, this is experiential learning. You will experience being an imager to enhance your ability to implement these techniques with clients.
